Job Description

We are looking for DCS Engineer who will preform a variety of engineering work and responsible for managing all DCS/PLC aspects, planning and overseeing all the control systems in the plant to implement process management and control solutions to maintain/improve the optimum efficiency of the plant.

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Ensure reliability of all the control systems available in the plant.
  • Maintaining the DCS control system equipment – ( Yokogawa system)
  • Developments of process models to evaluate and development of control schemes will be required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all the team members for the efficient improvements.
  • Identify, analyze and offer solutions to the system needs of the plant.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
  • Maintaining the minimum inventory for the accessories related to the DCS and control panels ( Yokogawa system).
  • Working with purchasing, prepare requests for proposals and vendor specifications and evaluate bids.
  • To work with various members of Maintenance, Process and HSE.
  • Maintaining and to work on improving KPI for the department.
