<p>As a Commis Chef specializing in Bakery at Park Hyatt, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, dedicated to delivering exceptional bakery creations. Working under the guidance of the Pastry Chef, you will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality desserts, pastries, bread, and other baked goods in line with the hotel’s standards of excellence.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Commis Chef or relevant position in a bakery or pastry kitchen in a luxury hotel or well established restaurant.</li><li>Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of different types of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.</li><li>Basic understanding of culinary principles and techniques.</li><li>Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Creativity and ability to contribute to menu development.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Formal culinary education or relevant certification is a plus.</li></ul><p></p>
