Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

– Assist the Plant Manager in the establishment of documents required by the head office.
− Lead project to optimize the process of the plant.
− Support managers of the O&M contract in the management of project to renovate the plant.
− Establish technical reports asked by the client.
− Gather, prepare and present the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) during the bi-monthly Quality & Performance meetings.
− Seek means of optimizing plant results and submits solutions to the plant manager.
− Support the local teams in proposing REX documents, either concerning technical issue or related to the improvement in the management system.
− Update Management Manual when needed.
− Supervise the Management System and ensure it complies with requirements of SUEZ standard, Egyptian regulation or ISO requirements.
− Monitor non-conformity, claims, improvement and closeout of corrective and preventive actions.
− Ensure that the Actions Plans are properly fed, reviewed, updated and closed.
− Prepare and follow up technical assessments or audits performed on the plant.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
−3-5 Years of experience in same relevant field.
− Previous knowledge in water & wastewater sector.
− Knowledge about Hazards on wastewater treatment plant.
− Good interpersonal skills and Well-organized.
− Ability to manage multiple tasks.
− Communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
− Good command in written / spoken English.
