Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for meeting and greeting all customers through the branches.
• Data capture for all the customers on the system.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all customers are served and assisted properly.
• Ensure proper communication with our sellers and buyers throughout the branch.
• Prepare daily reports on the system.
• Update all the customers’ information who visited the branch with the outcome of the visit.
• Ensure customers are assisted in a timely manner.
