Manage the day to day relationship with the retail tenants.

Responsible for managing maintenance service provider.
Submit periodic asset reports, which include the performance and condition of the buildings, equipment and infrastructure, then set an action plan and follow up the progress.
Managing the periodic maintenance plans and programs.
Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by FM service providers.
Follow up on the metric devices (Electrical / Water) providing energy management plan for economic consumption.
Planning, Coordinating and Directing O&M staff activities concerned with construction and repair of equipment & Facilities within organization with an objective to manage the assets in the most profitable and cost effective manner.
Follow up on fit out MEP activities.
Maintain accurate record and effect filing of all relevant financial, non-financial, admin work, operation reports and all needed paper work.
