Eram Talent is a rapidly-growing leader in the Oil & Energy industry, and we are currently seeking a talented Schedule Engineer to join our team. As a Schedule Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure project timelines are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as strong communication and project management skills.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date</li><li>Identify potential delays or schedule conflicts and work with the project team to develop solutions and mitigate risks</li><li>Prepare detailed reports and status updates on project schedules for stakeholders and senior management</li><li>Manage the schedule change management process and ensure changes are properly documented and communicated to all stakeholders</li><li>Monitor progress and track actual vs. planned progress on projects</li><li>Develop and maintain scheduling best practices, procedures, and tools</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Oil & Gas or related field</li><li>At least 10 years of experience as a Schedule Engineer in the Oil & Energy industry</li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project</li><li>Strong understanding of scheduling principles and methods, as well as project management techniques</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li></ul>
