Job Description

·         Adhere to and support the Quality Standards.

·         Assists the Head Bartender/Bar Manager in the best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures.

·         Preparing bar place as per opening and closing checklists 

·         Preparing non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant.

·         Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.

·         Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving bar snacks and drinks

·         Ensures suggestive selling to the guests.

·         Is up to date with the latest drinks and mocktail fashion, mixes as per standard, controls, and checks quality of ingredients, follows recipes.

·         Ensure adherence to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policy.

·         Supervises table/bar management, side station management as per standard, directs bar attendants as per requirement.

·         Follows all hygiene requirements ISO, monitors cleanliness in his work area and ensures cleaning of those areas as per restaurant standards.

·         Remains in his or her area, approachable to both guest, employees, and peers during operations

·         Works as a team, liaises and coordinates with team, peers and other managers of the Food and Beverage division.
