Best-in-class delivery for identified clients
- Contribute to client strategies: from interpreting briefs, and devising KPIs and deliverables to concluding and presenting project reports.
- Understand the client’s KPIs, and vision and produce detailed & holistic work to meet goals.
- Develop relationships with clients to ensure service and delivery expectations are being met.
- Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
Campaigns & Projects Strategy
- Contribute to creative ideation and manage overlapping social media strategies to ensure successful social concepts
- Collaborate with other teams, such as PR, creative, design, and production to ensure consistency and alignment with the strategy.
- Report on social campaigns and events by creating monthly reports, 6 months reports and yearly reports.
- Work on Social Media Strategies for the accounts and suggest new techniques, ideations, etc.
- Works with the Account Director, Head of SM and other colleagues to devise campaigns and projects that meet the Client’s brief and budget
Project Management
- Handle and manage BIG Social Media accounts of different clients as well as events.
- Work collaboratively across the agency, build relationships with internal team and clients in order to deliver high quality work.
- Work closely with the SM Analysts and Media buyers to monitor campaigns, analyze data obtained, grow and maintain followers and achieve the set KPIs under the supervision of management.
- Arrange for the brainstorming sessions for the accounts and events with other teams and be responsible about the full detailed briefs.
- Attend and handle events, organize, plan, and execute projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Act as a liaison between the team and the client.
- Be part and support the SM Director as well as Head of SM in client’s strategies, proposals, events, and any other related tasks as requested.
- Works closely with Community Managers, account executives to ensure Clients’ needs and accounts strategy are met.
- Works closely with executives and coordinators to assign posts and tasks for them.
- Research for New ideas for calendars and social media accounts.
- Participate in the shooting of different projects.
- Taking Notes in the meetings for the calendars and projects.
- Participate in sharing trends about SM and creative work.
People Management
- Supervise and train a team of social media coordinators and help them develop their skills and experience.
- Improve the teamβs performance
- Participate in the development of analytics, reporting and communication skills and capable of identifying social media trends and opportunities.
