– Sell retail products, goods and services to proper customers to achieve sales targets.
– Handle customers to find what they want by having sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features to ensure a smooth sales process.
– Build strong relationships with customers to developing long-term customer loyalty.
– Coordinate with other sales representatives in the store to provide the customers with the highest level of quality.
– Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
– Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
– Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our System tools
– Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
– Maintain and update regular client correspondence.
– Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmers, and activities over digital platforms.
– Review customers’ concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online
