Position: Board Relations Specialist

Division: Board Relations

Sector: Chief of Staff Office

Role Purpose:

Board Relations Protocol Specialist will be handling all activities that related to the Board Relations Division operations, logistics & protocol he/she assigned to.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

  • follow-up on all action items with concerned Board Relations Division.
  • oversee all administrative activities related to board sub committees’ operations
  • Handle all calendar activities for the board sub committees
  • Participate in developing the board annual report
  • Handel all operations related to Board/Committees
  • Take lead on all logistics matters that needed by the secretariate team in Founding Boards , Subsidiaries Board , JV’s Board.
  • Handel all external and internal communication and with stake holder.

  • Founding Board Secretariat Manager
  • Subsidiaries Secretariat Manager
  • Joint Ventures Secretariat Manager
  • Representatives from the company departments

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence, while exercising sensitivity to the audience
  • Ability to anticipate internal or external business challenges/regulatory issues and make recommendations
  • Capable of directing the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems, while applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
  • 2-5 years of experience in preferably in board affairs or governance or compliance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA, Legal, or any related majors)
  • Certification in governance or compliance is a plus
