Responsibilities include:

• Visiting new and existing clients at their premises to build a clear picture of their needs

• Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements

• Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.

• With support, working towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience

  • Meet the dynamic recruitment stages through efficient planning.
  • Analyze the current organizational demand and plan cost-effective measures for hiring suitable talent.
  • Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
  • Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
  • Research different recruitment models and develop descriptions for attracting suitable talent.

Skills

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Managing your own fast paced desk within the GCC area predominantly Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia

· Maximising the return on clients who are working with us

· Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully bring in new business

· Working towards reaching the companies financial targets

· Continue to work towards building a strong network of your own clients and candidates

To be successful in this role you will:

· Ideally 2 / 3 + years Recruitment Experience, with track record of recruiting for mid to senior roles.

· Display a consultative and professional approach

· Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with clients and candidates at all levels

· Able to work under pressure

· Able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates

· Team Player

  • Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
  • Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.
  • Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.
  • Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of the top-level management.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
