Job description / Role

– Provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment, ensuring a high quality of service, the reliability of reports and respecting group's standards, timetables and policies.
– Centralize and manage financial information
– Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
– Ensures the relevant supporting documents of daily transactions is completed and has been verified for financial Controller's and General Managers review and signature.
– Reviev and prepare input in the general ledger for various operations.
– Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and suggest areas for improvement
– Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
– Ensures that the P&L is accurate (e.g. costs are properly matched to revenue, costs/ revenues are recorded in the proper accounts) and properly documented.
– Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes and ensures appropriate corrections are made to audit results if necessary.
– Communicates the strategic goals, the focus and the group/ owner priorities to subordinates in a clear and precise manner.
– Ensures team members are cross trained to support successful daily operations.
– Creates appropriate development plans which develop team members based on their individual strengths, development needs, career aspirations and abilities.
