SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will process customer orders by entering them in the system to ensure orders and invoices are processed in an accurate and efficient manner, resulting in the best service possible to the customer.

This position is part of our Emiratization requirement so it is only open for Emirati nationals. It is based in Dubai and reports to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that Jotun’s on time delivery performance objective is achieved.
• Receive and enter orders for collection or delivery and make sure that proper control of documents flow is achieved.
• Follow-up with relevant teams to ensure all is in place for timely shipment/deliveries.
• Dispatch delivery related documents to customers and follow up to ensure they are received on time in full.
• Perform the data entry of inventory transactions
• Verify, enter and review system prices accurately with the customer’s purchase orders and sales orders. Attach other relevant documents if required.
• Process customer returns according to established Jotun’s Guideline and Procedure.
• Ensure information on orders is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
• Resolve invoice inquiries and discrepancies from customer or partners.
• Log customer complaints in the company’s customer complaint database.
