Job Description
A real estate agency in Abu Dhabi is looking for candidates for the position of Property coordinator (listing Agent), this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Minimum one-year experience as (a listing/coordinator agent) in Abu Dhabi real estate market is a MUST
- Preferably Female
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage negotiations with Landlords and tenants
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Commercial Sense
