Position Title: Logistics Executive

Salary: up to 10K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family insurance

About the Client:
A manufacturing and trading company specialised in steel and piping products.

Job Description:
– Contact and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, container shipping lines representatives, shipowner agents, surveyors in the ports of loading and discharge.
– Responsible for issuance of packing lists, supporting with other shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, stuffing reports, surveyors reports etc.
– Track shipments and providing timely updates to the company’s staff and to clients
– Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
– Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
