As a critical member of our global talent acquisition team you will partner closely with Tech stakeholders and drive the recruiting process to identify the right fit for our teams to meet the evolving hiring needs of Careem.<br><br><strong><u>What You’ll Do<br></u></strong><ul><li> Stakeholder Management – Partner with the stakeholders to provide insights and expertise on sourcing for talent and suggest creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges </li><li> Collaboration – Work closely with the People Team and Business to understand the recruitment needs for the quarter/ year </li><li> Candidate Experience – Manage effective communication with candidates and set expectations throughout the process to provide seamless candidate experience. </li><li> Business Partnering – Enable and educate hiring managers on the recruitment process and meet the demands of the business. </li><li> Proactively source, screen and shortlist top talent in the region. </li><li> Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity </li><li> Work with Hiring Managers to determine best fit candidates, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stage <br></li></ul><strong><u>What You’ll Need<br></u></strong><ul><li>6+ Years of Experience in Recruitement </li><li> Excellent headhunting and sourcing skills </li><li> Solid experience with an ATS (We use GreenHouse) </li><li> Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills <br></li></ul><strong><u>What We’ll Provide You<br><br></u></strong>In addition to a competitive long-term total compensation with salary and equity, we have a reward philosophy that expands beyond this.<br><br><strong><u>As a Careem Colleague You Will Be Able To<br></u></strong><ul><li> Be part of a Remote-First organization </li><li> Work from any country in the world for 30 days a year </li><li> Use Unlimited Vacation days throughout the year </li><li> Access fitness reimbursements for health activities including: gym, health club and training classes. </li><li> Work and learn from great minds </li><li> Create impact in a region with untapped potential </li><li> Explore new opportunities to learn and grow every day <br></li></ul><strong><u>What We’ll Provide You<br><br></u></strong>In addition to a competitive long-term total compensation with salary and equity, we have a reward philosophy that expands beyond this.
