<p>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled <strong>Senior Finance Executive</strong> to join our Ecommerce finance team. As a <strong>Senior Finance Executive</strong>, you will play a vital role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing key financial insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This position requires the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Liaise closely with shared services to drive process improvements in P2P, R2R, C2C, FAR, and VAT, ensuring stipulated SLA/TAT compliance for entity accounting and bookkeeping transactions in partnership with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, provisions, and cost allocation.</li><li>Oversee the financial hygiene and books clean-up process to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.</li><li>Oversee intercompany processes, including accounting and resolution of differences in intercompany books, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of intercompany transactions.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify areas for improvement, implement best practices and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to TCS staff, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.</li><li>Provide ad hoc support for MIS review, query/details required, and processing of few transactions.</li><li>Review and ensure 100% accuracy for all 3PL business transactions / P&amp;L Hygiene check.</li><li>Ensuring Allocation of Costs from internal businesses to 3PL Books</li><li>Controllership of P&amp;L with customer focus mindset</li><li>Ensuring 3PL Invoice should be raised on a monthly basis for Customers.</li><li>Engage with business team for monthly 3PL business highlights and key areas to address.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s /master’s degree in accounting or Inter CA, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven work experience as a Senior Finance Executive or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).</li><li>Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.</li></ul><p></p>
