Accommodation Attendant

To conduct duties in the assigned place of work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with organization policies and procedures in order to maximize staff satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

– To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, in apartments, administration office and public areas.
– To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work
– To perform all duties and tasks when rotated.
– To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Employee Housing.
– To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
– To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all services.
– To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
– To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage, breakage and wastage.
– To handle staff enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report staff complaints or problems to Team Leader if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with staff.
– To keep all keys signed out in a secure manner and return them at the course of duty.
– To hand over to the Team Leader / Asst. Manager all Lost & Found items with full and detailed information.
– To assist with rooms/apartment inspection as and when requested.
– To report all maintenance jobs to maintenance department.
– To prepare rooms/apartments for new staff arrivals.
