<strong>POSITION: Project Manager<br><br></strong><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Manage the support services team responsible for handling tickets and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion ERP.</li><li> Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li> Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.</li><li> Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report status updates to stakeholders.</li><li> Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.</li><li> Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.</li><li> Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.</li><li> Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members.</li><li> Ensure timely completion of support tasks and deliverables.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Required Skills And Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li> 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software/application support domain.</li><li> Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li> Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.</li><li> Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li> PMP/Equivalent Certification is a must.</li></ul>
