Be part of a cohesive team with opportunities to build a successful career with global potential.<br><br><strong>Receiving Clerk<br><br></strong><strong>Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for individuals who are holding Saudi’s nationality.<br><br></strong><strong><u>Job Functions<br><br></u></strong>The ability to ensure that all non-food and beverage deliveries coincide with an approved purchase order โ All deliveries without purchase order must be investigated and mostly rejected The ability to maintain an up to date file of the receiving copy of all approved purchase orders. All purchase orders must clearly state the status of delivery (i.e. open or partial) The ability to inspect the physical condition and count or measure the quality and weight of all items or suppliers at the time they are received and before they are placed in storage The ability to ensure all deliveries are received at the designated receiving area only The ability to ensure all invoices and/or packing slips are stamped with the appropriate receiving stamp upon deliveries The ability to request for credit is completely filled out for any items refused or damaged and signed by the driver and receiver and entered on receiving report The ability to Ensure that all receiving reports inclusive of food, beverages and non food are done daily on a timely basis The ability to ensure that a โGoods Received w/o an Invoice Formโ is completely filled out for any goods received in this manner The ability to ensure that all food and beverage deliveries are received in conjunction with the order forms The ability to inform the Director of Purchasing or his/her assistant in the event of any returns, shortages, or no show deliveries immediately The ability to inspect food quality at receiving. Anything questionable must be approved by the Executive Chef or his delegate or the Director of Purchasing. The ability to assist as necessary with all month end or quarterly inventories of food, beverage, operating equipment and supplies The ability to work together with other purchasing/ storeroom staff to assure smooth transition of receiving and storage The ability to report to Director of Purchasing or Assistant Director of Purchasing any violations of Four Seasons policies and procedures regarding purchasing and receiving The ability to ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping the receiving area in strict compliance with health code regulations The ability to check supplier vehicles and that they are in strict compliances with health code regulations The ability to check temperature of delivered fresh and frozen food and track them The ability to communicate efficient with supporting department heads like Executive Chef, Director of F&B and Executive Housekeeper The ability conduct self in a professional manner always to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels The ability to handle telephone calls following the standards of Four Seasons Hotels The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation The ability to maintain a friendly, caring and helpful attitude with all hotel personnel The ability to keep informed as to the daily hotel activities The ability to participate in scheduled meetings as requested The ability to understand the basic food, beverage, and general store items The ability to perform any additional duties as assigned<br><br><strong><u>Qualification Requirements<br><br></u></strong>Must understand quality standards and be able to enforce them Must have a commitment to follow all Four Seasons policies and procedures, as they are related to the Purchasing department Must be able to work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner and be able to promote teamwork Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Arabic language<br><br>We look forward to receiving your application!<br><br><strong>Learn more about what it is like to work at Four Seasons, visit us:<br><br></strong>http://jobs.fourseasons.com/<br><br>https://www.linkedin.com/company/four-seasons-hotels-and-resorts<br><br>https://www.facebook.com/FourSeasonsJobs<br><br>https://twitter.com/FourSeasonsJobs
