<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Continuously monitors the security alerts from different security devices</li><li>Investigate security alerts</li><li>Monitors health of SOC security devices and report the issue if needed</li><li>Work as part of 24×7 security operation team</li><li>Collects data and context necessary to initiate Level 2 escalation</li><li>Create and delivers scheduled and ad-hoc reports </li><li>Follow SOC processes, incident response procedures<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 months experience in the same position</li><li>Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.</li><li>Technical Skills: Must be proficient in various cloud technologies, including virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies. They must also have a strong background in programming languages such as Python or Java.</li><li>Collaboration Skills: Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other members of the IT department.<br></li></ul>
