Pediatric Surgery Consultant

Job Description

Job Requirments:

• American / Canadian Board certification in Speciality or equivilant.
• Certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
• 3+ years experience after certification.
• Dataflow is a must.

Job Description: 

• Diagnose and treat complex medical conditions affecting the pediatric population.
• Consulting with patients and family members regarding diagnosis and treatment options.
• Perform surgical procedures on children, including, but not limited to, abdominal, thoracic, genitourinary, oncologic, orthopedic, and plastic surgery.
• Ordering preoperative tests and physical examinations and interpreting results.
• Coordinate patient care with other medical professionals, such as primary care physicians, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and pathologists.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.
• Stay updated with advances in pediatric surgical treatments and procedure.
• Manage complex medical emergencies.
• Monitoring postoperative recovery and educating family members regarding postoperative care.
