JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco in the civil engineering industry, is seeking a Concierge Lead to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on delivering Social Infrastructure programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and aims to provide a solutions-based approach to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030. As a Concierge Lead, the successful candidate will have a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of JASARA’s operations by providing exemplary customer service to staff and clients.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage a team of concierge staff and ensure they provide a high level of service to internal and external clients</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve issues related to concierge services</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and local suppliers</li><li>Manage and maintain inventory, scheduling, and bookings for meeting rooms, transportation, and events</li><li>Ensure the front-of-house areas are maintained, organized, and presentable at all times</li><li>Define and implement processes that maximize efficiency and streamline organizational workflows</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or relevant field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience working in a concierge role, preferably within a corporate or high-end hospitality environment</li><li>Experience managing a team and overseeing their performance</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Arabic</li><li>Strong organizational and management skills with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain professional and composed under pressure</li><li>Customer-service oriented attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations</li></ul>
