We are looking for candidates to join our professional sales team as Sales Team Leader.

Note: Candidate must be available in Dubai presently and should have minimum 3 years of proven experience in Dubai Real Estate.

Job position: Sales Team Leader.

Job Responsibility:
Team Leader will be the middle point between the agents and the senior management. The agents will be reporting to you. You should also be able to mentor the agents whenever there may be challenging situations or need an insight on their work. Providing support to them would be the priority so they can grow and learn more during their work.

β€’ To be able to create a good working environment for agents and have great communication skills.
β€’ To be able to develop strategies and implement them to make the agents grow.
β€’ To be able to identify training needs within your team and provide or arrange for appropriate training programs.
β€’ To evaluate and make sure agent KPI’s are met throughout.
β€’ To oversee the sales activities of your team, setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
β€’ To conduct meetings with agents individually and provide performance reviews accordingly.
β€’ To mentor the agents and provide them with personalized development strategies that will enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and support them while advancing in their career.
β€’ To ensure that your team operates in compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
β€’ To help the agents maintain relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and other stakeholders which will create a collaborative and supportive work environment.
β€’ To provide comprehensive onboarding, mentorship programs, and continuous guidance to ensure their successful integration into the organization and foster their professional growth.
β€’ To analyze feedbacks from customers and provide new alternatives to make customer experience the best.
β€’ To stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities which will help agents maximize all opportunities for success.
