As an Admin Assistant, you would be providing administrative support to the team, manage complete coordination in an effective and efficient manner, perform clerical duties, filing, preparing documents etc.

Responsibilities
• Handle PRO works, accounts.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system, entering data in systems.
• Order office supplies – forms.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Take accurate minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate office procedures.
