Role Purpose

The role will encompass providing design ideas and delivering on all graphic design, publishing and formatting requirements, for LOTL digital and print documents.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant internal and external information and materials.
  • Create, design, and develop creative assets for print, digital, social, and video projects.
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images, graphics, illustrations, as well as maps imported from various platforms, including ArcGIS and Google Earth/Maps.
  • Ensuring designs are in accordance with NEOM corporate design guidelines.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years full time paid professional experience as a graphic designer/desktop publisher, in an agency or as part of a marketing team. Preferably 3-5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required Adobe desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ideally also After Effects, XD and video editing software such as Premiere Pro
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Excellent eye for detail, reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
