<p>Agile Managex Technologies is part of SV Group of Companies which has been working in the domain of comprehensive IT Services, Software Development & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for almost a decade seeking to #recruit Sales Executive to support the sales team of the company. The sales executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating customer database, and meeting sales targets.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.</li><li>Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.</li><li>Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.</li><li>Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.</li><li>Managing the sales process through specific software programs.</li><li>Building and maintaining a CRM database.</li><li>Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report to sales manager.</li><li>Participating in sales team meetings.</li><li>Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.</li><li>Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.</li><li>Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.</li><li>Identifying product/services improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.</li><li>Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.</li><li>Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.</li><li>Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma/ Minimum Bachelor’s in Marketing / business administration preferred</li><li>3 to 5 years of sales experience</li><li>1 to 3 years of management experience</li><li>Strategic leadership ability</li><li>Excellent customer service and sales skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communicator.</li><li>Excellent phone and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.</li><li>Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
