  What you will be doing:

• Assist customers with menu selection, recommendations, and take accurate food orders
• Know all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet
• Punch food and beverage orders on to the point of sale system like Micros POS
• Organize guest pickups on completion of meals in a timely manner
• Assist the manager to achieve high scores on guest satisfaction surveys, recognize repeat guests and follow standard procedures

Your experience and skills include:

• Hotel Management diploma
• Years’ experience of work within the hotel industry
• Ability to communicate with guests and anticipate their needs
• Ability to smile and diffuse anger naturally
• Have enthusiastic and positive personality
• Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products and services
