Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies across multiple communications channels (both paid and owned) to achieve the overall business objectives – driving awareness, leads, and sales. This requires an understanding of the local consumer and market landscape, i.e. behaviors and trends, and optimizing available communications platforms to achieve intended ROI.

Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

Generating new business leads and revenue generating opportunities.

Increasing brand awareness and market share through offline & online marketing

Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance and public relations.

Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.

Overseeing branding, advertising, offline and online promotional campaigns, Influencer marketing campaigns, activation and more

Preparing & presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Promoting our brand at exhibitions, education fairs and other major events.

Skills

A dynamic, focused and self-motivated person with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar, a master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.

3-7 years’ experience, ideally in a B2B Marketing/partnerships/events management role.

Marketing experience in the MENA region is a prerequisite.

Arabic fluency would be advantageous.
