Benchmark Consultancy Egypt is HIRING!<br><br>Duties:<br><ul><li>Design the workflow process and approach of technical services.</li><li>Design &amp; implement the workflow process and approach of financial controls.</li><li>Design &amp; implement a regular technical review program to cover all clients throughout the year.</li><li>Design &amp; update technical review checklists &amp; reports.</li><li>Design new financial reports that will add value to services.</li><li>Design the scope of new services.</li><li>Design the financial analysis explanatory reports.</li><li>Review monthly financial &amp; analysis reports.</li><li>Review year-end financial statements before submitting to Audit.</li><li>Review taxes calculations.</li><li>Assess time allocation and work volume of Backlogs.</li><li>Assess employees time consumption reports as per timesheet analysis.</li><li>Provide cash flow solutions &amp; manage treasury for clients.</li><li>Produce financial reports including financial models, budgets &amp; forecasts.</li><li>Identify &amp; communicate scope &amp; deliverables to clients &amp; employees.</li><li>Handle escalated delays of clients’ workflow and data.</li><li>Discuss findings and give recommendations to clients.</li><li>Promote new services to clients when applicable.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to oversee workflow &amp; address issues.</li><li>Follow up on Quality Assurance survey feedbacks until resolving complaints.</li><li>Commit to operations division requirements &amp; reporting deadlines.</li><li>Produce monthly progress reports to the operations division &amp; management.</li><li>Update subordinates with the review programs &amp; checklists set for technical reviews.</li><li>Guide teams in solving technical issues and accounting complex transactions.</li><li>Identify training needs &amp; conduct regular training plans for employees.</li><li>Evaluate and coach subordinates regularly.</li><li>Conduct technical interviews for hiring internal/external Accountants.</li><li>Monitor handover process for employees &amp; clients.</li><li>Open new channels of business with foreign clients in coordination with business development team.<br><br></li></ul>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any relevant field.</li><li>4 to 6 years of experience as and at least 1 year as a senior accountant.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills, in addition to other Microsoft office applications.</li><li>Experience with general ledger functions.</li><li>Outstanding leadership skills.<br><br></li></ul>Work Conditions:<br><br>Location: Masr El Gedida and others as assigned.<br><br>Working days: 5 days – Fridays &amp; Saturdays are off.<br><br>Industry: Financial services.<br><br><strong>Benefits<br></strong><ul><li>Attractive salaries.</li><li>Social Insurance<br><br></li></ul>Send resume on hr@benchmark-consultancy.com
