Recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, our client who is a well-established luxury developer in the UAE is looking for someone with excellent experience in project planning, maintaining files, making travel arrangements and the ability to multi-task.
Familiarity within the Property / Real Estate market will be an advantage but not essential.
Core Role:
- Support the CEO, managing daily calendars travel schedule locally and internationally
- Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal documents
- Attend to necessary correspondence either via email, phone or face to face during meetings
- Collate and file expenses as and when required
- Managing legal, liable and important documents to be signed by the Chairman and Directors
- Documentation, travel, visas Banking support, Govt Department communication and thorough filing
- Schedule and record meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Various ad hoc requests
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of matters
- Well presented and always ready for the next challenge
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
