Join the PDS team to expect more and achieve more<p><br></p><strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>We are currently looking for a Assistant Cost Manager</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What This Job Involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post-contract services. </li><li>Manage and update project budgets</li><li>Take suitable commercial meeting minutes</li><li>Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level</li><li>Work pre contract including; reviewing detailed measurements, sections of BOQs, handle tender query responses, manage the PQQ process with support and input into value engineering at each design stage. </li><li>Work post contract including; being strong in contract administration, comfortable on site walks with project teams, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims / variations. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Sound like you?
