Job Description

Admin Officer – KSA Office

  • Provide administrative and logistic services including ticketing, hotel arrangements, telecommunication, insurance policies, leasing of vehicles, and office supplies; Handling governmental sites; and provide assistance for HR activities.
  •  Understand Administration and HR policies and procedures and communicate the same to employees if needed.
  •  Managing office supplies (stationery, housekeeping, pantry,..etc)
  •  Receive, direct and reply to telephone / email / fax messages. Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post / mail including courier services.
  •   Point of contact with employees regarding Administrative services.
  • Compile and update employee’s records in internal system and external governmental systems with strict confidentiality
  • Responsible for all governmental sites and request (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, MOC, Baladi, Post Office, National Address, and official site related to admin services and/or governmental services).
  •  Submission of reimbursement and petty cash requests.
  •  Responsible for applying for all types of visas for employees and company official guests.
  •  Coordinating with Kuwait Head office HR team with the joining formalities for any new employee joining.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Saudi National is preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Organizing skills
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Applications)
  •  Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  •  Positive Attitude & Team Spirit
  • Use of Governmental sites and Labour Law.
