Job Description

Role purpose:
– Manage system related activities, handle end to end employee’s system related life cycle (New starters, system changes, leavers and payroll reports)
– Generate and provide HR management information reporting and analytical information support to stakeholders

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Systems Operations:
– Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
– Prepares weekly, monthly and/or annual reports and analysis using various sources and stored HR data
– Provide reports on a regular basis and respond to ad hoc requests
– Handling resigned employees – off boarding & unpaid leaves
– Continuously improves data integrity, engaging with key stakeholders and leading relevant people to ensure that data Integrity becomes part of business as usual
– Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, Transferring, promoting and terminating.
– Provide reports on a regular basis and respond to ad hoc requests.
– Participates in new releases, with a thorough UAT to ensure smooth implementation and Update the system with any new group requirement or new fields introduced to the SF system
– Ensure relevant documentation is available for all HR systems/reporting processes and procedures.
– Maintains and supports delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types.
– Handle employees’ enquiries and requests.
– Participate in HR Projects and Initiatives correlated to HR systems.
– Revises specific processes and procedures when needed and informs the stakeholders about the changes.
– Develop and enhance current processes.
– Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information on a monthly basis (e.g. sick days, leavers, unpaid)
