THE ROLE

Reporting to the Project Director responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program risk management plan.

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing risk management standards, policies and procedures

Establishing and managing the program risk management plan

Coordination with program management team, Consultants and Contractors on all aspects of risk management

Run and facilitate risk management workshops

Maintenance and analysis of the risk register

Facilitate development, implementation and tracking of mitigation actions

Provide monthly and weekly reports

Preparing and making presentations

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

BSc construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.

Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.

Minimum relevant experience in the role projects 10 years.

Minimum Regional Experience 5years.

Required professional memberships and charterships required (MIRM or equivalent).

Excellent knowledge of risk management techniques.

Β· Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil infrastructure projects.

Ability effectively indentify, analyse and recommend risk mitigation actions.

Experienced user of MS Office and risk management software.

Excellent report writing skills.

Fluent English both written and spoken.
