Job Description
- Manage and monitor performance of engineering staff and contractors.
- Ensure all site activities are progressing in accordance with the contractual requirements
- Must ensure all activities are accounted and within budget.
- Must be well aware of the HSE standards / requirements of international project standards
- Assess the existing team’s performance and monitor contractor activities in depth.
- Check the accuracy of technical drawings and conduct other tasks like fault-finding, snagging, and efficient commissioning of a project.
Skills
- Experience in SWRO & Sea-Water intake works
- Minimum experience of 10 years as Site / Construction Manager
- Effective communication with the client on various technical parameters.
- Well-versed in implementing industrial aspects like design, testing, commissioning, and handover.
