– Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitor performance on an ongoing basis, and suggest corrective actions when needed
– Control and monitor the section sales budget such as (driving sales, reports, proposing action plan), as well as, executing all merchandising tasks (changing mannequin, prices, posters, pictures)
– Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
– Solve customer complaints in in a timely manner, suggest solutions or/ and escalate them as appropriate
– Assist the department and operations Managers in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of products in order to ensure effective stock management and availability of products
– Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support such as training and development in order to maximize sales
– Organize commercial activities ensuring the optimal use of the store manpower by managing working hours, controlling team schedule, applying the Minimum etc.
– Assign routine and non-routine tasks and monitor/assess schedule preparation for the Sales Associates, cashiers and coordinators (when applicable) and ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner; processing, checking orders and items blocking
