Job Description

  • Prepare technical proposals to customer requests by using advanced methodologies for the analysis and design of solutions and by translating client business requirements based on solid understanding of immediate & long-term customer needs.
  • Perform pre-investigation data gathering and requirement analysis at the customer premises.
  • Estimate and size the customer requirements with reference to the pre-investigation and using the help of the technical/functional staff or third party, if necessary.
  • Prepare and conduct presentation on the proposed solution if required by the customer.
  • Involved in customer meetings with the aim to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.
  • Studies the RFP to prepare the technical write-up and the costing of the proposed solution, whilst engaging the vendor for a matching proposal (if required).
  • Prepare technological trends analysis reports & new solution coverage report.
  • Respond to customer inquiries to explain the proposed solution.
  • Act as the primary contact between the internal subject matter experts and the solutions architects to devise client solutions.
  • Prepare the End to End Solution Architecture with the support of the Software Architects to ensure total compliance to the sold solution and customer needs
  • Analyze the client business needs to define the required solution by segregating the solution components and their interaction and prepares and presents the required documents, presentations, demo and PoCs.
  • Lead the requirements gathering session during the bidding phase with the clients to analyze the AS-IS processes and identify the TO-BE processes and applications requirements.
  • Develop the technical proposal to ensure total compliance to the technical aspects and review the overall proposal before submits.
  • Acts as a consultant/advisor for the sales person and client in the complex technical issues and conducts presentations when required.
  • Prepare the End to End Solution Architecture with the support of the Architects team to ensure total compliance to the customer needs.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales team to follow the sales cycles.
  • Evaluate the suggested vendors and Participate in the initiatives and R&D.
  • Contribute to the regular preparation and update of the offerings Portfolio. (Introduce new offerings, retire old offerings)
  • Assist in educating the Sales/Presales/Technical Teams on the basic technicalities and functionalities of any proposed new offerings to help them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.
  • Communicate with Sales, Presales, PMs and Technical teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clientsโ€™ needs and projects challenges, which can be an added value to the offerings portfolio or changes in proposal.
  • Develop ROI studies to justify investments for any of the proposed solutions.
  • High level review of the development of the FS related to the proposed applications/solutions and give feedback to the Technical Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct awareness sessions to the Sales/Presales teams to explain the new solutions and trends.
