We are recruiting an experienced Spa Manager to lead a small team of highly experienced Holistic Spa Therapists for a VVIP Private Luxury Resort in the Middle East, as well as deliver luxury treatments to the Principal and his guests.

Responsibilities:

– Overseeing all aspects of the operations within the Spa.
– Managing staff, overseeing facility maintenance and developing budgets.
– Leading an established team of approximately 20 therapists, the majority of which are from the yachting and luxury hospitality industry.

Ideal Candidate
– Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree a bonus).
– At least 10-15 years of experience in the luxury Spa industry.
– Previous role as Spa Manager preferred.
– Experience of dealing with VVIP guests.
– Well-presented, highly experienced, flexible.
– Must possess outstanding hospitality, communication and organisational skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree essential (Master’s degree a bonus)
– Cibtac, Cidesco, Itec, Wat Pho Thai Massage or similar and Ayurveda Training.

Salary: $108,000 per year (Net)
