<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work towards developing and expanding our client base and continuously searching out the industry for potential partners.</li><li>Set and follow a clear sales strategy to locate and propose business deals.</li><li>Initiate direct contact and arrange meetings with prospective partners.</li><li>Facilitate the enrollment process for local partnership members and ensure long-term relationships with them.</li><li>Prepare and negotiate contract terms and check their validity with the new partners.</li><li>Identify new opportunities by conducting regular market research.</li><li>Provide regular progress report to internal stakeholders and keeping them up to date.</li><li>Understand and communicate market opportunities, trends, needs, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with partners and other key decision makers.</li><li>Contribute to sales of PaxeraHealth by identifying new opportunities and driving company recommendations.</li><li>Support customer retention through proactive outreach and successful engagement.</li><li>Ensure all partners activity and information is supplied to and kept current for internal organizational stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct competitive market research and intelligence from assigned accounts and regions.</li><li>Provide daily, monthly, and yearly progress reports on partners’ performance as well as customer feedback.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements / Qualifications & Education:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in international business development is a must.</li><li>Proactive approach to networking within the vendor industry.</li><li>Advanced negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Strong relationship building and process management skills.</li><li>Very good command in English.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills and ability to demonstrate technology products in person or remotely.</li><li>Creative, competitive, strategic, and persistent sales demeanor (Sales-Driven).</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>XnM1AeRAgc
