<strong>Purpose of the job</strong><p><br></p>Handling CRM requirements, starting from feasibility study, design, implementation, integration , Go-live activities, and overseeing junior team members.<p><br></p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead development team.</li><li>Study new CRM requirements and make a complete feasibility assessment.</li><li>Responsible on development & integration tasks.</li><li>Accept and validate new features implementation, software upgrades and new products and services.</li><li>Responsible on tasks / projects planning.</li><li>Responsible on production stability.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job specification</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science<p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 5+ years of CRM experience.</li><li> Experience on Siebel CRM (preferred 17+ Siebel version).</li><li> Configure application using EAI, Workflow, and related tools.</li><li> Design and develop new/modify business components, business objects, applet, views and screen as per the customer requirements.</li><li> Design Siebel workflows and other business process scenarios using Siebel tools.</li><li> Create/modify database objects like tables, columns and index required to meeting customer requirements.</li><li> Provides technical expertise on key decisions and priorities related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) architecture solutions.</li><li> Analyzes and translates business and technical requirements into an structural blueprint outlining Siebel solutions that will achieve the desired business objectives.</li><li> Conceptualizes, defines, designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains application releases in a Siebel environment.</li><li> Diagnoses and resolves technical issues.</li><li> Works in close collaboration with business and technology partners to evaluate, design and/or integrate new functionality into existing Siebel applications.</li><li> Performs user and access administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization.</li><li> Skilled on UNIX scripting, Oracle and programing skills</li><li> Skilled in Oracle SQL</li><li> Very good English both written and spoken.</li><li> Project management Skills<br><br></li></ul>
