<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>VAM Systems is currently looking for Computer Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets &amp; terms and conditions:<p><br></p>Educational Qualification &amp; Certifications:<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. </li><li> Certification in A+ and MOUS and preferable Network+ and MCDST. </li></ul><p><br></p>Experience:<p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 2 years progressive experience in computer field. </li></ul><p><br></p>Required Skills:<p><br></p><ul><li> Good communication skills. </li><li> Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic. </li></ul><p><br></p>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li> Support the user by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software logs. </li><li> Participates in the implementation of section projects. </li><li> Study the user technical requirements hardware and software. </li><li> Prepares computers with latest OS with drivers and necessary hardware settings. </li><li> Study, apply procedure to develop and update hardware and software</li><li> Work in a modern way and according latest technology and give suggestions to develop and improve work. </li><li> Allocates unresolved incidents and problems to the appropriate section within organization. </li><li> Provide training when necessary. </li><li> Where problems cannot be satisfactorily resolved, escalates the issue to the Head, user Support group. </li><li> Analyses incidents and problems to show trends and potential areas where a proactive approach could reduce such problems. </li><li> Keeps users informed of updates, known errors, new facilities or any IT related changes which may affect their working environment</li><li> Perform other duties and related tasks as may be required from time to time. </li></ul><p><br></p>The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in Bahrain.<p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p><strong>Terms and conditions:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Joining time frame:</strong> <strong>maximum 4 weeks</strong>
