We make what matters work.<p><br></p>Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E<p><br></p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><p><br></p>The <strong>Key Strategic Accounts Manager</strong> will have as main responsibilities to identify &amp; build positive relations with all accounts decision makers &amp; influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton to build a robust projects pipeline and meet sales objectives for the country.<p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support all aspects of the relationship with end-users/ Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility </li><li>Establish, protect and grow Eaton product &amp; services business with end-users </li><li>Build relationships with clients organizations with a view to identifying their operational challenges and needs </li><li>Identify &amp; build positive relations with all account decision &amp; influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton </li><li>Prepare mapping for each client to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization </li><li>Deeply understand and be able to articulate the client buying process </li><li>Effectively utilize Eaton expertise and resources to generate high, value added, engineering and commercial proposals to secure orders which create a profitable and sustainable growth business </li><li>Manage &amp; communicate effectively the business conducted between both organizations (Clients and Eaton) </li><li>Establish, Own, Execute and continuously develop an agreed commercial account plan </li><li>Understand &amp; Capture the clients challenges &amp; requirements in relation to Eaton portfolio/offering </li><li>Be highly knowledgeable of the client’s business, commercial condition, structure, strategy, operations, and challenges. In order to articulate this in terms of opportunity, growth, risk with respect to Eaton business</li><li>Gain leadership &amp; executive team awareness, support &amp; resources for business with the client. </li><li>Collaborate effectively with other account and sales colleagues related to the account </li><li>Request &amp; Support marketing campaigns &amp; activity that can promote Eaton to Client relations and business. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Business management and/or Engineering Bachelor/Master’s degree </li><li>10+ years of PR experience with end-users </li><li>Experience managing Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom (including sem-government organizations)</li><li>Candidate must be Saudi National</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills.</li><li>Commercial and project management skills</li><li>Strong Influence and leadership Skills </li><li>Problem solving</li><li>Enthusiastic, creative, multi-tasking and self motivated</li></ul>
