Communications &amp; working relationships. <p><br></p><ul><li>Business stakeholders – determine business needs. </li><li>IT team for effective solution delivery. </li><li>External IT vendors for effective solution provision. <br></li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications, Experience, &amp; Skills:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform, features, and configurations.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Salesforce testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.</li><li>Strong experience in test automation using tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce DX, or similar.</li><li>Experience with test management tools like Azure Test Management, TestRail, JIRA, or similar systems.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.</li><li>Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps is desirable.<br></li></ul>
