Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international luxury brand specializing in Leather Goods and Accessories. This is a leading brand within the market looking for an experienced individual for one of their magnificent stores in Dubai.

About the role
This role will be responsible for leading and managing the boutique and team to reach and exceed targets and KPIs. You will provide leadership through management, recruitment, training, development and motivate the team. You will have extensive awareness of the luxury fashion industry, current market and competitors.

The store manager will have the ability to analyse the store performance and have a commercial mindset when making decisions that drive the business. In this role, you will build a team to develop and maintain the client database ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.

In addition, it will be required to organize marketing activities to support the development of the business. You will ensure that the team is surpassing exceptional customer service expectations at all times. You will ensure that the store maintains the visual merchandising brand standards through utilizing stock availability.

About you
The client is looking for a self-driven professional who is adaptable and can work as a team. You will be innovative and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate proactively. You will have previous experience working within the UAE in a luxury fashion company with a deep understanding of the UAE market.

You will have a proven track record of increasing turnover and profitability through successful management of P&L, budgets and sales growth. You will report directly to the Regional Retail Manager for the Middle East Region.
