Your day to day

Join us as F&B Supervisor and be part of the dynamic Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi team.
You will support the hotel’s overall Food & Beverage operation to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service following brand and food & beverage standards. Further, you handle daily team member relations and encourage problem-solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

What we need from you

Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications. Fluent speaking and writing skills in English are a must. You need to be highly customer oriented and passionate about your job, with great attention to detail. The right candidate always portrays a professional image and possesses strong multi-tasking & analytical skills.
