Consider joining our team and unlock your potential.<p><br></p><strong>JOB TITLE: FIELD PROCESS & TRAINING SPECIALIST</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage preparation of validation/implementation and troubleshooting projects of Terumo BCT’s technology platforms throughout designated region</li><li>Manage and design customer’s process optimization to ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre-sales to routine use at customer sites </li><li>Act as a regional product expert for training and signing-off internal and external associates </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Essential Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for successful validations and implementations in EMEA.</li><li>Manage product and process training and sign-off cycle in EMEA for internal and external associates on multiple levels (operational and implementation) and ensure field readiness to train customers</li><li>Support commercial organization to build customized customer trainings and presentation </li><li>Responsible for second-line operational and process troubleshooting for respective platforms in EMEA.
