<p>We are currently representing a fintech based in Dubai to find them a Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our fintech products and services. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our marketing efforts, including branding, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, a strong marketing background, and the ability to drive growth and increase brand awareness.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.</li><li>Build and manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog articles, whitepapers, and case studies.</li><li>Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and maximize return on investment (ROI).</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in marketing, fintech, and financial services.</li><li><br></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li><li>Knowledge of the Dubai and Middle Eastern market is highly desirable.</li><li>Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.</li></ul><p></p>
