Senior Officer – Interline and Codeshare
Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
Leads and ensures the delivery of operational activities including the performance analysis of existing partnerships, fare benchmarking and update of fares and explores new partnership opportunities in alignment with flydubai’s interline / codeshare strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyses performance of existing agreements to ensure revenue maximization from existing partnerships
2. Liaises with the IT / MIS team to create / schedule reports to monitor partner’s contribution, market trends, potential revenue opportunities.
3. Ensures that all Interline & codeshare partnerships are complementing and not cannibalizing flydubai’s business.
4. Establishes processes aimed at reviewing the efficiencies and effectiveness of performance measurement KPIs.
5. Monitors competitiveness of existing fares by analyzing market data and recommends fare updates in line with flydubai & partner’s pricing strategies.
6. Identifies any potential technical / commercial issues impacting day to day operations and ensures corrective action.
7. Keeps abreast with MITA, IATA updates, manuals, concurrences (where applicable). Acts as a focal participant for working groups related to internal Interline projects.
8. Mentors and guides a team of interline & codeshare team officers
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Education
· Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent)
· Engineering / Finance / Statistics / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics
Experience Specific Requirements
· Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 7

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
