Job Description:<br>We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Partner to join our real estate team in Dubai. As a Lead Generation Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and securing potential buyers who are interested in investing in real estate properties in Dubai. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads and provide valuable information to potential buyers, facilitating their journey towards becoming satisfied real estate investors.<br><br>Earn up to 50% of the total commission for each lead provided. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Lead Identification: Utilize various channels and strategies to identify potential buyers interested in real estate investments in Dubai.<br>Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns to attract potential investors through online and offline marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, advertising, networking events, and partnerships.<br>Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their investment preferences, budget, and timelines to ensure they match our target buyer profile.<br>Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential buyers, addressing their queries, providing relevant information, and nurturing their interest in real estate investment opportunities in Dubai.<br>Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities to effectively communicate the advantages of investing in our properties.<br>Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide necessary support during the sales process.<br>Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and other key metrics, to measure the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven decisions.
